Hand fans can be a great marketing tool to put your message in front of your audience.  Tampa used these hand fans to provide information on how to sign up for healthcare and how to sign up for Alert Tampa, the city's free emergency alert service. In addition to designing the hand fans, our designer also created the Alert Tampa logo.
